My best friends brother recently left his job for a start up company. He has been working for a company in Austin, Texas since he graduated from Duke University in 2016. As shown in the graphics, these skills will be useful in his new job. He is interested in becoming an entrepreneur and continuing his career by doing things the way he wants to.
Why did I enroll in ENT3003?
I have always been intrigued by entrepreneurs. It is a huge, and brave risk to take. I admire people that are willing to take a risk and turn it into something great. I want to learn more about what it takes to become an entrepreneur and how you can prepare yourself for this if it is something you would like to do in the future.
Hello Ashley, this is a good example of how to start a business for an entrepreneur. I think that he made the right choice because he will depend on himself and actually create new jobs. He is also more likely to be financially stable. Moreover, i like your example because it shows that as an entrepreneur, you need to have some plans in order to make it

ReplyDeleteThats amazing that he had taken the opportunity to try something new. Not enough people will take big leaps into unknown. Thats what entrepreneurship is all about. I hope he has a great time doing what he loves and becomes financially stable quickly.
Hi Ashley! I definitely agree with you when you say entrepreneurs are taking brave and huge risks. I have always thought that too. My dad is an entrepreneur and I have always been worried about whether or not he would succeed in his ventures, but the risk is sometimes worth the reward. I think this class will be beneficial to anyone, no matter what your major is. Hope you have a great semester.
