18A- Create a customer avatar

My customer avatar is a 21 year old student at the University of Florida. This customer lives in Gainesville and purchases street parking from the city. This customer has a job at a local tanning salon and also plays sports, so she is constantly using her car and needs easy access to it. She drives a 2017 Nissan Sentra. She has no children. Her favorite TV shows include Grey’s Anatomy, Designated Survivor, and The Good Place. Her favorite books are the Harry Potter series. She isn’t really very focused on a specific politician, but she does make sure to make herself politically aware of what is going on in the world. I have a lot of things in common with my customer avatar, I based a lot of the details on myself. This is not a coincidence, because I would be someone purchasing the product I would sell.

Dalton currently works two jobs, one on sorority row as a busboy, and he struggles to find parking when he has to work. Joey Ierulli: Joey works at Shands and has trouble finding parking after work.
