As a student at the
University of Florida and a resident in Gainesville, I have found many issues
with the parking in Gainesville. To come up with a solution for the parking, Gainesville
adding more parking would help many people. To have high tech parking garages that
have the number of available spots would be a perfect opportunity for people to
have a more convenient and efficient parking experience. I also believe that
creating an app that can show the amount of available parking spots in parking
garages or in the street parking. This would be offered to UF students that use
the parking garages and live in the surrounding areas that use the Gainesville city
parking. All of the customers have the issue of not finding enough parking in
common. People will pay money to use this app because they will be able to
check the available spots. Personally, I would pay for a product like this
because I would love to know the amount of spots available in an area rather
than driving around for an hour looking for a spot in my given zone. This is something
that Gainesville currently does not have and I believe would be beneficial to
many.
Parking is such an issue in Gainesville and for UF! I'm so glad this is a topic that has been brought up because its a serious issue. A product like this would be worth having and it would save a lot of time. Adding more parking space to the UF campus would also be a great way to fix these issues too. Fixing this parking problem would benefit so many people.
